Day Support for Older Adults

Providing Personal Care and support for older adults is a highly valued service on-site care service within the Claremont Resource Centre that looks after adults with varying care needs. The care provisions enable Carers to receive the much-needed Respite that allows them to continue in their caring roles and remain in employment.
Care at Home Services

ACCG’s Care at Home services complement services provided at the Claremont Resource Centre.
Transport

ACCG minibuses are wheelchair adapted to support people with physical disabilities allowing them to get out and about in the community.
Holistic Therapies

We offer a range of holistic therapies to promote health and wellbeing. These have a number of benefits including aiding relaxation, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. This is a popular service providing affordable treatments on a Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Treatments are booked in advance.
Health Promotion

Health Information and advice sessions are provided throughout the year on a variety of health-related topics to promote self-awareness and self-help strategies.
On Site Clinics

Onsite clinics can be accessed by service users where 1-2-1 sessions are undertaken.
